How do I know if I need a repair or a full replacement?
Usually you don't, and that's fine, that's what the free inspection is for. We'll look at the age, the decking underneath and how widespread the damage is, then tell you straight which one it actually is before we quote either.
Do you handle storm and insurance claims?
Yes. We inspect the damage, document it with photos, and meet your adjuster on-site so the claim reflects what we're actually seeing on the roof, not just what's visible from the ground.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most houses in Middle Tennessee are a one-to-three day job once materials are on site. Steep pitches, multiple layers to tear off, or a large footprint can push that out, and we'll say so in the written scope, not after we've started.
What roofing materials do you install?
Asphalt shingle most often, plus standing-seam metal for homeowners who want it. We'll match the pitch and style of the existing house rather than push whichever material happens to be easiest to source that week.
Do you offer a warranty on roofing work?
Yes, the same one-year workmanship warranty that covers every job we do, roofing included. Manufacturer material warranties are separate and depend on what you choose.
