Privacy policy

What we collect

If you fill in the quote form, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, your street or neighborhood, what kind of project you have in mind, a rough budget range, how you would like to be contacted, and any photos you choose to attach.

If you apply for a job, we collect your name, phone number, the trades you work in, how long you have been doing it, anything you write in the notes, and your resume if you attach one.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not use cookies to follow you around the internet.

Why we collect it

To call you back about your project, or about your application. That is the whole reason.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Where it goes

Quote requests are stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, and are passed into JobTread, the software we use to run jobs. Job applications are emailed to our hiring address.

Both companies process this information on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Quote requests stay in our job records for as long as we might reasonably need them, which for a construction company generally means the life of the job plus the warranty period, and often longer for repeat customers.

Applications we do not act on are discarded within a year.

The job map

The map on this site shows completed jobs. It never shows customer names, and pin locations are deliberately shifted a few hundred feet from the real address so that no dot identifies a specific house.

If you are a past customer and would rather your job not appear at all, call us and we will remove it.

Asking us to delete your information

Call 615.451.3982 or write to us at the address below and ask. We will do it.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and change the date below.
