Run the site day to day across framing, trim, drywall, tile and cabinetry. Direct a crew of one to three and keep the job clean, safe and on pace.

Overtime

Time-and-a-half after 40 hours on every hourly role.

Paid time off

Six paid holidays. A week of vacation after a year, two after three, three after eight.

Paid mission trips

Three days a year at your regular hourly wage, eight hours a day. The trip has to be more than 100 miles from Hendersonville.

Truck and fuel

Company truck and fuel once you are running jobs as a Lead or Project Manager.
