After working for different general contractors in the Middle Tennessee area, Brandon Schell realized that he had something different to offer. Brandon started Cross Driven Construction LLC in 2004, seeking to provide superior construction services while serving the Lord at the same time. We believe that every project reflects our commitment to these core values while most importantly building lasting relationships with our clients and with our community. The Cross Driven difference can be found in our attitude, always striving to build long lasting relationships with our clients. Brandon enjoys getting to know his clients and seeks to give them his very best work. He is actively involved in the day-to-day operation of the company and enjoys the hands-on aspects of the business.

Our goal is to ensure that any project you have to do around your home or business is seamless and that your daily life experiences as little disturbance as possible. Not only do we carry the highest level of insurance requirements to protect you, but we also ensure that anyone we have on your project is properly licensed and insured. As a member of the Better Business Bureau and the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennesse, we are committed to getting the job done right. We are expert project managers and use our talents to ensure that any projects you have us do are completed as efficiently as possible. Cross Driven Construction is committed to quality workmanship from start to finish. We have a large network of “in house” tradesmen who will team up with our subcontracted teammates to complete any project in an acceptable time frame.

After spending four years in new construction and the next fourteen years in remodeling, we realized the need for our home maintenance division. From pressure washing to replacing a door or building new pantry shelving, we are happy to help. Are offerings are endless and our goal is to help you save money by eliminating avoidable repairs as well as preventing future ones.
Roofing
From inspections and leak repairs to re-roofs and new roof installation, Cross Driven Construction stands behind protecting your biggest investment. Our carpenters have decades of experience troubleshooting leaks, providing estimates on new roofs and informing our community about the importance of quality materials and knowledgeable carpenters to get the job done right.
